Furthermore, the space is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a projector, a projector screen, a whiteboard or flipchart, and of course Wi-Fi. The elegant room is arranged in a boardroom-style setting, allowing all attendees to have a good overview and be heard clearly.

It is now possible to host business meetings at De Appelschuur in Oud-Zuilen. This characterful venue, located just outside Utrecht, is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Easily accessible by car and offering ample parking, it provides an ideal setting for a range of corporate gatherings.
Whether you are giving a presentation, hosting a reception or having a meeting, De Appelschuur accommodates various group sizes and event formats. A touchscreen display is available, and the space is, of course, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. Depending on your requirements, the room can be arranged in a boardroom, U-shape or theatre-style layout. For drinks or receptions, De Appelschuur can host 60 to 70 guests. A U-shaped setup accommodates up to 18 people, while a boardroom layout offers seating for 14 to 16 attendees.
A wide range of catering options is available. In consultation, both savoury and sweet refreshments can be arranged, and lunch can be served to suit your preferences. In the evening, we offer the option of private dining for your business group. Our hosts ensure that your event runs smoothly, allowing you to focus entirely on your presentation, meeting or networking with your guests.
Would you like to combine your business meeting with an informal activity? Book a sloop with skipper and enjoy a cruise along the River Vecht.
